Justin Bieber stylist says Kurt Cobain 'wouldn't give two fucks' about Bieber's Nirvana T-Shirt

Justin Bieber's stylist has come to his defence after being criticised by Nirvana fans for wearing one of the band's T-shirts at a recent awards ceremony.

Bieber's stylist Karla Welch spoke to Esquire

Stating that 'It’s 2015. Wearing a Nirvana shirt is like wearing a Beatles shirt: no one should take it as a personal affront. Everyone knows a Nirvana song, no one is special or alternative or whatever for liking a band that was literally the biggest in the world in the early ’90s. Sorry!'

Anyway, now Justin Bieber’s stylist has given an interview to Esquire about her client’s look, and she did, in fact, respond to “controversy” surrounding whether or not Bieber actually likes Nirvana:And there have been a couple of band tees, like the Metallica shirt recently and the Nirvana tee he wore for the AMA red carpet. Where did those come from?'Actually, it’s not the first time he’s worn a Nirvana tee. We just have a nice collection of vintage tees, and then the tee he wore yesterday was actually Jerry Lorenzo's from Fear Of God. Jerry takes vintage tees and re-cuts them. But yeah, of course he’s a fan of Nirvana. I think it’s so funny that all these people are up in arms. I’m sure Kurt Cobain would be like—I mean I can’t speak for him, obviously—but I don’t think he was so snotty or that he would diss anyone who appreciated his music. I think he understood that that is like the antithesis of music appreciation. It’s so funny. But you know, fans are fans!'

But the real question the Nirvana fans want to ask is Hey Justin, do you actually listen to nirvana or is Kurt Cobain’s life just a fashion statement to you?

Eagles of Death Metal singer reveals 'kid hiding under my leather jacket' was sole survivor in Bataclan dressing room massacre

Nearly a week on from the tragedy the band playing a concert at the Batalcan theatre during the Paris attacks have spoken for the first time about the massacre in which 89 people were slaughtered at the music venue by Isis militants.

The lead singer of  Eagles of Death Metal, Jesse Hughes, revealed that gunmen burst into the band's dressing room where some people had hidden.

Everyone was killed, he said, except for a small child who had hidden under his leather jacket.

The US band were playing at the Bataclan the night that gunmen attacked several locations in Paris, including the concert venue.

Mr Hughes has spoken of the terrible events at the Bataclan in an interview with Vice magazine, In an extract from that interview, sitting alongside bandmate Josh Homme, a clearly emotional Mr Hughes says: "Several people hid in our dressing room and the killers were able to get in and killed every one of them, except for a kid who was hiding under my leather jacket.

"People were playing dead and they were so scared.

"A great reason why so many were killed is because so many people wouldn't leave their friends. So many people put themselves in front of people."
